Enlistment bonus included!* ENLISTMENT BONUS: All new recruits (those making a minimum $15 per month pledge) will receive an ultrasound picture of an unborn baby whose mother received an ultrasound at My Life Clinic. Become an Officer by sponsoring one or more days at My Life Clinic with a minimum monthly pledge of $80. Officers will receive “classified” details of what happened on the battle front on the date(s) sponsored in addition to their enlistment bonus. Enlisted Giving Levels: Basic Trainee $15 monthly donation. Squad Leader $25 monthly donation. Platoon Sergeant partners with a pledge of more than $25 per month. Officer Giving Levels: Company Commander $80 monthly ($960 per year) sponsors one day at My Life Clinic. Corps Commander sponsors two or more days at My Life Clinic each month.
